Twice annually, email offers of highly acclaimed, limited production Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Ice Wines as well as exclusive member-only events at our downtown Paso Robles tasting room.

How quickly will I receive my allocation after signing up?
New members at Tudor Wines are welcomed with an exclusive selection from our Santa Lucia Highlands and Santa Maria Valley AVAs, subject to availability. Following this, your next chance to participate is during our semi-annual release. As our wine is crafted in limited batches, allocations vary annually, ensuring both new and long-standing members enjoy our diverse offerings.

What determines wine allocation?
Frequent participation enhances your access to a broader and more exclusive range of our wines. Our allocation system is designed to appreciate our members' loyalty by increasing their access to rare selections over time. If you decide to skip a release, your allocation for that cycle will be offered to waitlisted members, helping us tailor future allocations to member preferences.

Can you outline a typical member journey?
Upon joining, you'll receive the Welcome Offering. Continued engagement through our semi-annual releases leads to access to our most exclusive Pinot Noir vintages as well as library wines. Over time, dedicated members can also access rare releases like our library pinot noir releases, contingent on production levels and state-specific shipping laws.

How can I receive more wine?
Loyal members requesting additional bottles may be granted larger allocations in future releases. Although not all wishes can be fulfilled immediately, expressing interest helps us prioritize your preferences in subsequent allocations.

When are wines released?
Tudor Wines hosts two releases annually:

  • Fall Pinot Noir Release in September
  • Spring Wine Release in March

Updates on allocations are communicated through our member portal and direct notifications to ensure you don’t miss out.

What if I make a ‘wish request’ for more wine?
Post-release, any unclaimed wine is reallocated based on wish requests. We strive to fulfill these wishes and will notify you of any updates to your order, including adjustments for taxes and shipping.

Is my allocation guaranteed?
Yes, once offered an allocation, it remains yours throughout the release window, free from the pressures of a first-come, first-served system.

What are the shipping policies?
We ship across most of the US, with specific exclusions due to state regulations. For those in non-shippable states, we recommend using third-party shipping services, for which we provide contacts but do not charge for their pickup.

Do you offer international shipping?
Current we do not offer direct shipments outside the US. 

Can I pick up my wine?
Yes, we always welcome you to pick up your orders at our downtown Paso Robles tasting room located at 1210 Park St. Paso Robles. 

When is the best time to drink your wine?
Our wines are ready to enjoy upon release but can also be cellared to enhance their complexity. Specific aging recommendations vary by vintage and wine, with detailed guidance available for optimal enjoyment.
